Refund Policy for Kemo IPTV

At Kemo IPTV, we strive to provide you with high-quality streaming services. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and you may wish to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.

Refund Eligibility:

You can claim a refund within the guaranteed period specified for each subscription plan. To request a refund, you must contact us via email at contact@kemoiptv.ca and provide a valid reason for your refund request.

Refund Criteria:

We will review your refund request and may refuse to proceed with a refund if we believe that we can resolve the issue for you, or if the reason for the refund request falls under any of the following categories:

  1. Missing Channels – HD & 4K Quality: Refunds will not be provided for missing channels as they may be subject to content availability or licensing agreements.

  2. Temporary Buffering: Temporary buffering may occur due to various factors, including your internet connection. Refunds will not be granted for temporary buffering issues.

  3. Temporarily Not Working Channels: Occasionally, channels may experience temporary outages due to various reasons. Refunds will not be issued for such interruptions.

  4. EPG Missing/Wrong: Electronic Program Guides (EPG) are provided as a convenience and may not always be accurate or complete. Refunds will not be given for missing or incorrect EPG data.

  5. Not Able to Set Up Our Services: We offer support and guidance for setting up our services. If you encounter difficulties during setup, please contact our support team for assistance. Refunds will not be granted solely due to setup issues.

  6. ISP Blocking: Some Internet Service Providers (ISPs) may block certain content or services. It is your responsibility to ensure that your ISP does not block access to our services. Refunds will not be provided for issues related to ISP blocking.

  7. No Reason Provided: To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid reason for your request. Refund requests without a clear and justifiable reason will not be processed.

  8. Slow Internet Speed: We recommend a minimum internet speed for optimal streaming quality. If you experience slow internet speeds, it may affect your streaming experience, but refunds will not be issued for this reason.

To request a refund, please contact us via email at contact@kemoiptv.ca within the guaranteed period specified for your subscription plan. We will review your request and respond to you as soon as possible.

Kemo IPTV reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for updates.
